The vehicle consists of a single runner (12), a support (14) with seat (22) for a rider and steering (24) and braking system with one or more handles situated in front of the seat. The support is articulated about a transverse pivot (16) lying perpendicular to the vehicle's plane of symmetry. A shock absorber (60) or a folding lever mechanism can be fitted between the support and runner, designed to retract for transport and storage.
