PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust the lightness of a displayed color image of any color at a desired level. SOLUTION: When an operator operates a low saturation display key 238 in an examining processing, the outer frame of the low saturation display key 238 is displayed as a thick line, and the selection of low saturation display is stored. When the operator operates a density correcting part 246 in the state that the low saturation display is selected, density correction is performed to the frame image of an examination object based on inputted density correction conditions, and the black-and-white image of the same lightness as the density-corrected color image is displayed on a frame image display area 230. While watching this black-and-white image, the operator can accurately adjust the density of the entire image without being affected by the saturation of the image. |
