<p>A DNA encoding an enzyme capable of converting flavanone directly into flavone which is obtained from, for example, antirrhinum and torenia, and utilization thereof. The amino acid sequences of this DNA and the enzyme encoded thereby are represented by, for example, SEQ ID NOS: 1, 2, 3 and 4. Transfer of this gene into a plant makes it possible to, for example, change the flower color of the plant.</p> |
