PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a user using a hearing aid to easily use a portable telephone set by converting the voltage of an input signal from an outer input terminal into a prescribed size, outputting the converted signal and connecting the hearing aid. SOLUTION: An adapter 1 incorporates an amplifier and a microphone in a case 4. A voice signal from a portable telephone set 2 is inputted to an adapter 1 through an input/output terminal 7. The inputted voice signal is amplified to the voltage of a prescribed size by the amplifier and it is outputted to a bone conduction hearing aid 3 through an output terminal 6. The bone conduction hearing aid 3 gives the voice signal from the adapter 1 to a vibrator 10 and vibrates the vibration part of the vibrator 10. The voice from the portable telephone set 2 can be transmitted to a user wearing the bone conduction hearing aid 3. When the user speaks, the voice is inputted to the microphone and it is transmitted to the portable telephone set 2 through an input terminal 7.
