PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor ceramic in which a B constant is made constant, and arbitrary resistivity between about 10 and 100 Ω.cm can be obtained in normal temperature, and sintering density can be improved, even when Cr oxide is added to main components made of lanthanum cobalt oxide. SOLUTION: This ceramic is formed by containing an oxide made of at least one of Fe and Al as sub-components of a total of 0.01-30 mol.% converted, in terms of elements in main component made of lanthanum cobalt baged oxide, and containing Cr oxide of 0.005-30 mol.% when converted in terms of the main component. Also, this ceramic is formed by containing B oxide as sub- components of a total of 0.0001-5 mol.% converted in terms of elements in main component made of lanthanum cobalt oxide, and containing Cr oxide of 0.1-30 mol.% in converted terms of elements in the main component. |
