摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the destruction of a building caused by a handrail for a corridor in an earthquake by suppressing the transmission of force between the adjacent building against three-dimensional vibration. SOLUTION: A first handrail member 3 is mounted to one building A out of the adjacent buildings A, B displaceably in the three-dimensional directions through first elastic members 2 so as to be connected to both side walls 1 of a corridor on the building A side. A second handrail member 5 is mounted to the other building B displaceably in the three-dimensional direction through second elastic members 4 so as to be connected to both side walls 1 of a corridor on the building B side. The second handrail member 5 is mounted to the first handrail member 3 movably in the mutually opposed horizontal direction of the buildings A, B so that the first handrail member 3 and the second handrail member 5 are relatively displaceable.</p>
