PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to manage commonly AV stream data recorded by analyz ing the position of an I picture and AV stream data recorded without analyzing the position of the I picture. SOLUTION: CPI-type is described in PlayList(). The CPI type includes EP map type and TU map type. The EP map is used when the position of an I picture can be analyzed, and the TU map is used when the position of the I picture cannot be analyzed.
