PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase eddy current loss and worsen efficiency by using welding as an integral means by layering and breaking electric insulation at the part in a stator core constituted to layer a thin plate electromagnetic steel plate performing electric insulation treatment on the surface. SOLUTION: Because a welded part does not exist in a stator inner diameter part violent in the change of at least a magnetic flux as an layering means of the polar tooth part 10 of a stator, efficiency due to the increase of eddy current does not worsen without electric insulation breakage of an electromagnetic steel plate, and an electric motor using a concentration winding stator capable of realizing a small-sized high efficiency and high performance motor in a simple structure is provided.
