MANUFACTURING DEVICE FOR BARRIER RIB-LIKE OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a barrier rib-like object capable of surely removing paste adhering to and accumulated on a blade, and of accurately and efficiently forming the barrier rib-like object. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device 1 for a barrier rib-like object is equipped with a base 2 for horizontally disposing a substrate 20, and the blade 5 having a pectinate part in its lower part and disposed oppositely to the substrate 20 by horizontally setting the lower part; and is used for forming the barrier rib-like object 22 on a surface of the substrate 20 by scraping film-like paste formed on the surface of the substrate 20 by the pectinate part while the blade 5 horizontally moves relatively to the base 2. The manufacturing device is provided with a cleaning means 30 for removing at least the paste adhering to the lower part of the blade. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
