PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing service system in which a user terminal device and a server for providing information using a map to the user terminal device are connected through a communication network, and the server produces information to be a basis for the information to be provided, and also to provide the server. SOLUTION: An information provider operates an information provider terminal device 3 to connect it to the server 5 through the Internet 2 and inputs information on an input screen. The server 5 stores the inputted information (input data 111 for individual homepage, input data 121 for individual questionnaire, and input data 131 for individual map), and produces input information 10 from these pieces of data by input information producing processing. Then, by basic information producing processing, according to key management information 81, the input information 10 and basic information 20 are associated, and basic information 40 to be used in a 'map information providing service system' and a 'color-coded map information providing service system' is produced.
