PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyless system for commuters which is unnecessary for issue of a key. SOLUTION: When reserving a commuter through a portable communication instrument 1, reservasion information transmitted to a reservation center 2 and an ID code included therein are registered in the commuter. When depressing the open button of the portable communication instrument 1 and unlocking the commuter, the ID code and a use time are collated in the commuter, then when these data coincide with each other, the lock is opened. Hence, the portable communication instrument can be used as a key and any special setting is not required. Therefor, a usable effect can be obtained. |
