The output of the multiplier 14 is each inputted to synchronous rectifying sections 16, 18, rectified 16, 18 synchronously by reference signals S1, S2, which have the carrier frequency of the phase modulation signals Esin(omegat+theta) supplied from an oscillator 23 and the phase difference of 90 deg., and each fed to the sine winding and the cosine winding of the synchronous motor 20 through power amplifiers 17, 19.
