PURPOSE:To constitute the subject device so that a state of a motion part in a living body is intelligible and the diagnosis can be executed exactly by providing a speed computing element for calculating a motion speed component, and a display device for displaying a motion in the living body as a vector quantity by using the derived motion speed component. CONSTITUTION:By receiving signals in parallel and simultaneously by plural adjacent channels, and adding the received signals of each channel, while inverting alternately the codes by adders 8-1, 8-2, a motion speed component in the direction being orthogonal to the advance direction of an ultrasonic beam in a motion part in a living body is derived by a speed arithmetic circuit from a self-correlation function derived by a self-correlator 11. By combining with a Doppler blood flow measuring system for deriving the motion speed component in the advance direction of the ultrasystem for deriving the motion speed component in the advance direction of the ultrasonic beam of a conventional motion part in the living body, a motion in the living body can be displayed as a vector quantity. Accordingly, the state of the motion part in the living body becomes very intelligible, and the diagnosis can be executed exactly. |
