PURPOSE:To improve an air flowing speed distribution in an air conditioner without altering a structure of a heat exchanger (e.g. altering a fin pattern). CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner comprises a fan 4, and a heat exchanger 6 so disposed at an upstream side of an air flowing passage 5 in a casing 1 for containing the fan 4 as to cross the upstream side. An air flowing speed distribution controller 8 so formed of a porous member in which the air can flow that an air flowing resistance of a part 8a near the fan 4 is larger than that of a part 8b far from the fan 4 is disposed at a position near an upstream side or a downstream side of the exchanger 6. |
