<p>PURPOSE: To provice an air intake system capable of increasing the average pressure within a range of full rotation frequency of an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION: The cylinder arrays 1, 2 are respectively communicated to the resonance receptacles 5, 6 belonging to the cylinder arrays through the suction pipes 9, and at least one connecting pipe 11 is mounted between the resonance receptacles 5, 6. The suction pipe extension parts 15 belonging to the suction pipes 9 and extended inside of the resonance receptacles 5, 6 step by step are mounted, and these suction pipe extension parts 15 are communicated to a common space 14 having a fresh air introduction part 18.</p> |
