<p>The invention relates to a rail wheel, especially a resilient wheel, with rubber components (4) fitted between the wheel disc (2) and the tyre (3), to the disc of which an annular brake disc (8) is supported at least on one side via corresponding bearing surfaces (10, 11) and secured by securing components extending through the wheel disc (2).
