PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thermoplastic resin sheet of superior thickness uniformity, and scarcely having surface defects at high speed. SOLUTION: In a method for forming a sheet by extruding molten thermoplastic resin in the sheet shape from a mouthpiece and bonding and solidifying the resin on a cooling drum by the electrostatic applying method, a conductive tape having a rectangular section and the uniform shape in the longitudinal direction and the relation of thickness (X) and width (Y) satisfies the formula of 50<=Y/X<=1000 is used as an electrode, and also the tensile strength of 10 to 90% of the breaking strength is applied to the conductive tape. |
