PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter capable of restraining a leakage current which causes conducting noise and radiation noise to various voltage control of each phase. SOLUTION: This power converter is equipped with a power source 1, a converter 2 converting an AC voltage outputted from the power source 1 to a DC voltage, a plurality of series bodies 4, 5, 6 constituted of a capacitor 3 connected in parallel with the converter 2, first switching parts and second switching parts, a series body 7 which is constituted of a third switching part and a fourth switching part and enables two kinds of switching different in switching speed, a load 8 in which one end is connected between each of the first switching parts and each of the second switching parts of a plurality of the series bodies and the other end is grounded, an impedance 9 in which one end is connected between the third switching part and the fourth switching part and the other end is grounded, and a switching control means 10 controlling the switching operation of the switching parts. |
