PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify a current value supplied to a coil to obtain a stable flow rate. SOLUTION: A movable iron core 26 reciprocatable by the excitation of the coil 24 is inserted into a valve hole 14 formed on a valve body 12. First and second valve seats 17, 18 are mounted among plural ports P, A, R formed on the valve body 12. First and second valve seal members 31, 32 seal the valve seats 17, 18 in interlocking with the movement of the movable iron core 26. The seal members 31, 32 are respectively provided with first and second coil springs 36, 43 to be abutted on the corresponding valve seats 17, 18. An elastic force adjusting screw 40 for adjusting a set dimension L of the second coil spring 43 is advancingly and retractingly screwed on the valve body 12.
