PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To densify density for observation points in a two-dimensional scanning area. SOLUTION: A reflecting face is formed on each of both obverse and reverse faces, in a scanner mirror 11 provided in a scanner 6, and the scanner mirror 11 is vibrated vertically and laterally. Laser pulse beams La, Lb emitted from a pair of laser diodes 7a, 7b opposed each other get incident respectively onto the obverse and reverse faces of the scanner mirror 11, and the laser pulse beams La, Lb reflected on the obverse and reverse faces are reflected reflecting mirrors 10a, 10b to be transmitted toward an observation object. The scanner 6 is set at (45-θ/2)deg of inclination angle with respect to a horizontal plane, whereθdeg is a vibration angle of the scanner mirror 11. As a result therein, an observation area by the laser pulse beams La is adjacent vertically to an observation area by the laser pulse beams Lb to enhance the density for the observation points in the vicinity of the horizontal central part.
