<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which is lighted by effectively utilizing a solar cell and a storage battery. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting control device charging a storage battery 72 by a solar cell 71 and controlling the lighting of a lighting device 73 comprises a first voltage detection device 81 for detecting the voltage of the solar cell 71, a second detection device 82 for detecting the voltage of the storage battery 72, and a comparison circuit 83 for comparing the voltage of the solar cell 71 and the voltage of the storage battery 72. When the voltage of the solar cell 71 is higher than the voltage of the storage battery 72 and the voltage of the storage battery 72 is not higher than an upper limit set value, the storage battery 72 is charged by the solar cell 71, and when the voltage of the solar cell 71 becomes not higher than the set value and the voltage of the storage battery 72 is not lower than a lower limit set value, the lighting of the lighting device 73 is controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
