A tile-attached loess block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain loess block having better durability which is attached with tile in improved surface abrasion wear by strengthening chemical bond among loess molecules by the action of alkaline reinforcing agent, acidic additive and natural resin. A tile-attached loess block comprises a tile(30) which optionally has rounded edges(34) on a loess block(10), and the loess block(10) and the tile(30) are combined by means of an adhesive(20). A manufacturing method of tile-attached loess block comprises steps of: drying loess until a water content of the loess becomes 10-15%; grinding the dried loess; adding alkaline reinforcing agent, acidic additive, natural resin and water to the ground loess to obtain a loess mixture; forming the loess mixture in a mold; drying the loess block at 12-18 deg.C for 20-40 days; and attaching a tile on the surface of the loess block using an adhesive. The tile is formed with the loess mixture as raw material. The adhesive is an inorganic agglutinative agent which is at least one selected from hydraulic lime mortar, resin mortar and loess mortar. The loess mixture comprises 60-80 parts by weight of loess, 5-20 parts by weight of alkaline reinforcing agent, 2.5-8 parts by weight of acidic additive and 1-6 parts by weight of natural resin. The alkaline reinforcing agent comprises at least one selected from limestone, gypsum and white cement. The acidic additive comprises at least one selected from sulfonic acid and citric acid. The natural resin comprises at least one selected from gamboge extracted from plants of Staphyleaceae, latex and water-soluble Balsam resin.
