<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a residence purchaser to easily understand comparison between advantages of a lease contract and those of a sales contract. <P>SOLUTION: A residence contract information providing device carries out a first processing, in which a residence and an age of it as a contract target are designated and residence lease information including a lease charge of the residence as the contract target and its purchase price after the completion of a lease period by accessing a lease information database 151 storing lease simulation information, and a second processing, in which loan simulation based on a current price of the residence as the contract target is executed by accessing a purchase information database 152 storing loan simulation information for finding residence loan information including a monthly payment amount and a total payment amount, and displays the residence lease information and the residence loan information found by the first and second processing on a single screen of a display device 104 as a comparative reference screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
