<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a modification instruction for electronic data different in each document to be reflected on printing to be as late as possible, when inputting electronic data which differ for each document to electronic data, common to a plurality of documents and printing the electronic data. <P>SOLUTION: From contents of records of variable data 601, processing after printing for each record is predetermined. Then, the time to start processing after printing is read from a physical distribution delivery operation information table 1301 and on the basis of the time, the post-printing processing start time (truck departure time) is decided for each record.
