<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device for a working vehicle, enabling to contribute to improved operability of all kinds of working equipment including improved operability of vehicle speed control by actualizing the flexibility of stepwise set speed-change stages and improving a degree of freedom in arranging various kinds of operating tools on a cab. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission device for the working vehicle comprises a sub speed change part 38 for changing a driving speed zone for a travelling axle, a stepless speed change part 34 for steplessly changing the transmission ratio of the transmitting power, and a control part 90 for controlling the stepless speed change part 34 at a target transmission ratio and determining the target transmission ratio corresponding to a selected speed-change stage selected from a plurality of separately set speed-change stages. The control part 90 receives signals from speed increasing/reducing button switches B1, B2 to perform step-by-step increasing/reducing change processing of the selected speed-change stage corresponding to the speed increasing signal or the speed reducing signal and control the stepless speed change part 34 along the selected speed-change stage after changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
