PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device and a heater storage device using the same, in which air distribution is not suddenly stopped even in failure of an air blower. SOLUTION: In this heat exchange device 6 which comprises a heat exchanger 13 having two air trunks intersecting each other and provided with a pair of discharge faces and suction faces opposed to each other in corresponding thereto, and a first air blower 14 and a second air blower 15 disposed on the discharge faces adjacent to each other, of the heat exchanger 13, and in which the first air blower 14 is provided with a first supply opening 16, and one of the suction faces of the heat exchanger 13 is provided with a first suction opening 17 to form the first air trunk 9 and to communicate with the first environment, further the second air blower 14 is provided with a second supply opening 19 and the other suction face of the heat exchanger 13 is provided with a second suction opening 20 to form the second air trunk 12 and to communicate with the second environment, and the air in the first environment and the air in the second environment exchange heat, the second air blower is composed of two centrifugal fans diagonally disposed on the discharge faces.
