PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch instrument capable of improving stretching effects by stretching muscles other than the back muscle and the abdominal muscle.SOLUTION: A stretch instrument 100 includes a the buttocks mounting table 110 and a back part mounting table 130 supporting an exercising person at a supine position. The buttocks mounting table 110 is provided with a seat part 121 where the buttocks of the exercising person at a supine position are mounted, and a buttocks base frame 111 mounted on a floor surface is provided with a rotary table 112. The rotary table 112 freely rotatably supports the back part mounting table 130 with respect to the buttocks mounting table 110. The rotary table 112 elastically positions the back part mounting table 130 by being joined to the buttocks base frame 111 at a neutral position via a pull plate and a coil spring. The rotary table 112 is arranged at an immediately lower position of the sacrum of the exercising person on the seat part 121. The back part mounting table 130 is provided with a back receiving part 133 where the back part of the exercising person is mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
