PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high speed operation to improve the productivity by comprising an ejector adjacent a cutter which mounts an electronic component chip and turns to move the electronic component chip from the cutter. SOLUTION: A pin 22 at a carriage 21 is lowered toward continuous guide holes of a hoop 13 mounted on the top face of a guide rail 1 and moved together with the carriage 21. This operation is repeated to feed the hoops 13 one after another. An upper die timing cam 58 is rotated and driven, this driving force is transmitted to an upper die drive 54 through a second upper die drive cam-follower 57, upper die vertical motion lever 56 and first upper die driving cam-follower 55 to lower an upper die 52, a punch 51 of the upper die 52 is also lowered at the same time to insert a die 42 of a lower die 41, thereby dividing the hoop 13 into chips of electronic components 14 and mounting them at specified positions on a turning kicker 71 and the chips of electronic components 14 are taken out from the upper and lower dies 41, 52. |
