PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to receive the issue of a document with personal information recorded without remembering an identification(ID) number. SOLUTION: When a user selects a certain document from a list of documents allowed to be issued which is displayed on a display part 2 in a document issuing device 1 and personal certification for issuing the selected document is required, the device 1 acquires personal information including relative information from a data base 8 in a personal information managing device 1 through a network 10. The user is made to input relative information for specifying the user himself (or herself) from an input part 3 and a control part 6 collates the personal information inputted by the user with the personal information acquired from the data base 8, and when coincident information exists, the personal information acquired from the data base 8 is printed out by a printing part 5 to issue the printed information to the user. |
