PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a component in custody under a condition suited for repair and reusing when a component chucked by the chuck nozzle of a head unit in a mounting machine is decided as a defective one. SOLUTION: As a device that processes the component W decided as a defective one by an inspecting means after it is chucked by the chuck nozzle 20 of the head unit, a belt conveyer 31 for supporting defective component wherein at least one end is positioned below a moving range of the head unit is provided. The belt conveyer 31 is positioned on the side of a component supplying part 3, and placed so that a component-sending direction of the conveyer is in the direction along the supplying part 3. |
