Automatic cut=out with thermal and magnetic trips - has various components connected by Litz wire placed in recesses of case wall

The cut-out has a thermal trip with a bimetallic unit and a magnetic trip. A movable contact lever carries a movable contact. There is also a fixed contact and a switch lock with an interlock point on which the thermal and the magnetic trips act. Litz wires connect various parts, esp. the thermal trip and the contact lever. At least one recess (28) is made in a case wall (10), in each of which a Litz wire is placed. The lever movement is controlled by camming surfaces (30, 34) at the sides of the recessed portions.
