<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the cost of a coil bobbin, reduce the number of guide nozzles and allow for a step generated due to the butt joint of cores, by a method wherein a notched relief part is provided at an opening on one side of a coil bobbin, and the other side is formed to be a large opening. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of magnetic core semispheres 14, 14' are inserted in the opening 11 of the bobbin 13 and are butt-jointed each other. The bobbin 13 is provided with the notched relief part 10 for passing a flash 12 generated at the butt joint part gradually reduced in corss-sectional area, and the opening on the other side is made to be large so as to allow for the step generated due to the butt joint of the core semispheres 14, 14'.</p> |
