<p>PURPOSE:To increase the working rate of a line by eliminating a waste of the quantity of tip dressing and reducing the number of tip dressings. CONSTITUTION:Tip dressers of all robots are subjected to centralized control, the latest number of cars of production by the car kind of 4000 cars, for instance, is counted to calculate the production ratio by the car kind and the average number of spots required for welding of one car by each robot is calculated by using the production ratio by the car kind. According to the average number of spots, respective robots are divided into groups of plural tip dressing patterns set on a table 18 by a tip dressing pattern in advance, a condition of the pertinent tip dressing pattern is reset on a tip dressing work designated table 21 and tip dressing of the welding tip of each robot is performed according to instructions from the tip dressing work designated table 21.</p> |
