PURPOSE:To print a thin film onto an object to be printed with high accuracy by developing color of ink without mixing foreign matters. CONSTITUTION:A color developing board 1 rotating at high speed is provided, and ink delivered from an ink feeder 2 onto the surface of the color developing board 1 is spread uniformly over the entire surface with no contact. A letterpress having a pattern to be formed is provided on a plate cylinder which is brought into pressure contact with the color developing board being spread with ink. |
