PURPOSE: A method for raising sprouted beans is provided which can make sprouted beans contain components of a mugwort and have the fragrance of the mugwort by using the mugwort. CONSTITUTION: The method for raising sprouted beans by using a mugwort comprises the steps of:putting the dried mugwort in the water in a ratio of 100g to 10 liters; heating it to make concentration of the mugwort up to 2%; filtering out the impurities from the mugwort juice; impregnating beans with the mugwort juice for an hour every two hours four times to be sprouted; sprinkling the beans with the mugwort juice for an hour every two hours four times; and sprinkling the beans with an underground water for 15 minutes every three hours four times. |
