PURPOSE:To provide a nonaqueous battery with improved storability for the time the battery is not used and with little deterioration during the time the battery is used in the conditions of charging, large current discharing, plused discharging, etc., while altering the ambient temperature at which the battery is used. CONSTITUTION:Regarding a battery composed of a cathode, an anode (containing especially a lithium ion absorbing and desorbing substance), and a nonaqueous electrolyte, the battery is crimping-sealed by a gasket containing ethylene-propylene block copolymer with 2-20wt.% of ethylene copolymerization ratio and 12000-18000kg/cm<2> of modulus of bending elasticity. |
