PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a drive mechanism of smaller shape and less noises to insert and discharge a monitor part of an on-vehicle AV device inside and outside a dashboard and to rotate the monitor part. SOLUTION: In this on-vehicle AV device, the monitor part 50 is disposed to be freely inserted inside and discharged outside of a dashboard of a vehicle, and the monitor part 50 discharged from the dashboard is rotatably disposed. In this case, motor units with speed reducers 11, 21 are used as a drive source for inserting/discharging and rotating the monitor part 50.
