PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet with a pressure-sensitive layer reduced in dimensional change and improved in execution properties without damaging the characteristics of a vulcanized rubber sheet. SOLUTION: In the waterproof sheet with the pressure-sensitive layer constituted by successively laminating the pressure-sensitive layer 12 containing unvulacanized rubber comprising butyl rubber and a release sheet to the rear surface of a waterproof sheet layer 10 containing vulcanized rubber comprising ethylene/propylene rubber and/or butyl rubber, a reinforcing net 14 comprising a polyester fiber is provided between the waterproof sheet layer 10 and the pressure-sensitive layer 12. The tensile strength of the reinforcing net 14 is 49-150 N/5 cm and the elongation thereof is 3-25%.
