An advertised object can be publicized so that aright answer of the quiz is converted into the name of goods and the term related to the goods regarding the advertised object. A quiz supplying portion 30 supplies quizzes to the users via a communication-processing unit 22. An answer-receiving portion 38 receives answers of the quizzes from the users. An offer determining portion 42 determines whether a special favor is given to the users or not, based on the answer that is right or not. |
