PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a labor cost, labor and time efficient for a publicity agent, by providing information on an Web in an expression form for making a data collection request and publicity request activity for a new article, new service, a new facility and the like met respectively to an idea of a medium, a program and a description corner on the Web, in information proposal work to a mass- communication medium for the publicity. SOLUTION: A medium maximizing an article notice effect such as a TV program, a magazine, a news paper, a radio program met most to article publicity, as a proposal object for the data collection, is formed into a menu based on a publicity content desired by a sponsor of the publicity, and an image, to be transmitted to a client, and the client orders the work to the publicity agent. |
