The bag has a carrying handle to hold a product with safety belt of a vehicle. The bag is attached to a base of a head-rest of front seats using a suspension strap when a child is not using it. A lateral foam strip, which is flexible and elastic, covers perimeter of plate. The strip folds on an upper side of the bag to form a rim. A storage space has a single lid covered by a graphic support.
