PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a scraping member without breakage, through which a brush part for sufficiently demonstrating the function of straightly combing eyelashes can smoothly pass. SOLUTION: This container comprises a container body for housing mascara, a cap for closing the mouth part of the container body, an applicator with the brush part at a tip for taking out the appropriate amount of the mascara inside the container body and coating it, and the scraping member arranged on the inner side of the mouth part for scraping off excessive mascara stuck to the brush part at the time of pulling out the applicator. In the container, the brush part is turned to the shape for which many highly rigid projection pieces made of synthetic resin are parallelly arranged along a core material, the drawing member is provided with a cylindrical body, a scraping peripheral piece for opening a scraping mouth where the brush part passes through while being in contact is successively provided in an inner flange shape with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body as a base end, and the tip part of the scraping peripheral piece is formed thick.
