<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a contractor who has made a financial service contract with a financial institute to surely confirm the validity of a visit staff by comparing the confirmation method of a normal visit staff belonging to the financial institute with a confirmation method based on the discretionary judgement of the contractor such as the presentation of a name card, the self-declaration of the visit staff and the visual confirmation of his or her looks. <P>SOLUTION: A contractor is allowed to have a registration terminal to register an arbitrary keyword in an authentication server set in the financial institute. When visiting the contractor, a normal visit staff connects with the authentication server by a portable terminal to acquire the keyword registered by the contractor, and presents it to the contractor. When the presented keyword is matched with the keyword registered by himself or herself, the contractor judges that the visit staff is a normal one. When the registration terminal and the portable terminal are connected, the authentication server executes authentication processing, and denies connection from any person other than the normal visit staff or the contractor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
