PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a verification result of a binder document may be adversely affected depending on a type of the document stored in the binder document when signatures of all documents in the binder document are verified in verifying the binder document.

SOLUTION: When verifying the binder document, whether to verify each document in the binder document is determined, and the verification result of the binder document is output based on the verification result of the document determined to be verified.
