The present invention relates to coffee powder with enhanced flavor manufactured by extracting 100% of taste and aroma of roasted coffee beans, and to a method for enhancing flavor components of high value aroma contained in coffee powder. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing coffee powder with enhanced flavor, the method comprising the following steps: emulsifying the roasted coffee beans to enhance the high value aroma components thereof and to manufacture the roasted coffee beans in a water soluble powder form after extracting the flavor components of the coffee beans to the maximum; concentrating a coffee extract; and drying the concentrated coffee extract at a low temperature to maximize residual efficiency of the flavor components as a method for making a powder shaped coffee. |
