Provided are a crystalline solar cell capable of forming an electrode by a simple method using a cheaper electrode material and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the crystalline solar cell comprises the following steps of: forming an n-type semiconductor substrate on a p-type semiconductor substrate; forming a finger electrode on the n-type semiconductor substrate; forming a rear electrode on the p-type semiconductor substrate; and forming a bus bar electrode including a metal oxide for electrically connecting the n-type semiconductor substrate, the finger electrode, and the rear electrode, thereby manufacturing the crystalline solar cell.
