APPARATUS FOR MONITORING RINGER'S FLUID AND REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM USING IT AND METHOD OF THE SAME

The present invention relates to a Ringer′s solution monitoring device and to a system in which a manager device for managing the Ringer′s solution monitoring device is connected with a server through a network. The Ringer′s solution monitoring device comprises: a power source for applying a particular level of voltage; a capacitance sensor for measuring a capacitance changing according to a dielectric substance formed between two metal plates which are formed on both sides surfaces of a chamber for storing an infusion solution, when drops of the infusion solution fall; a frequency generating unit for generating a frequency by converting the capacitance measured by the capacitance sensor into a frequency; a main control unit for calculating a dropping rate by detecting a change in the frequency generated by the frequency generating unit and by checking a changing frequency; an alarming unit for showing a Ringer′s solution administration amount or notifying time to replace a Ringer′s solution according to the dropping rate calculated by the main control unit; and a communications module communicating with the server. The server updates Ringer′s solution monitoring information in real time through the communications module, and the manager device accesses the server to confirm the Ringer′s solution monitoring information in real time.
