1. A lighting member comprising:
a first base material having optical transparency; a plurality of lighting portions having optical transparency which are provided on a first surface of the first base material; and a void portion which is provided between the plurality of lighting portions, wherein part of a side surface of the lighting portion in contact with the void portion functions as a reflective surface which reflects light entering the lighting portion, and if a virtual straight line F that passes through a point C, at which any one light beam of the light entering the lighting portion is incident on the reflective surface, and is orthogonal to the first surface of the first base material marks a boundary between two spaces, a space with the light beam incident on the point C of the two spaces is labeled as a first space, and a space without the light beam incident on the point C is labeled as a second space, the lighting member has a function of decreasing intensity of light traveling toward the second space of light emitted from the first base material or the lighting portion.
