Suspended false ceiling carrier rail support unit - has dual sets of holes for direct and indirect retainer attachment

The support element (10) for a suspension unit, used in holding ceiling carrier rails below a main ceiling, is in the form of a flat strip section, with fixture holes for attachment to a retainer unit hanging from the ceiling, and a coupling hole to fasten a carrier rail. It is fitted both with screw holes (13), or similar, for direct attachment and with rivet holes (15), or similar, for fixture of a tension spring for indirect attachment to a retainer (18). These holes may be arranged lengthways one behind the other or one on top of the other. A single element can serve for either method of attachment.
