A flexible form skin, lying on spaced lengthways girders, supported in turn on cross trusses with a number of straight sections swivelling and set at adjustable angles, is incorporated in shuttering for circular structures made of concrete, as in 2140638. The fixing bolt for the hinge is in the form of a bar (30), and is mounted at both ends so as to swivel about axes (23) parallel to the hinge axis (15). These two axes are pref. equidistant from the hinge axis. One swivelling fixture may have a turning unit (28) with a hole (29) for passage of the bar, with axis vertical to the unit's axis. Effective transfer of stressing forces to the cross truss is ensured, regardless of angle. (DS).
